Do I have to pay the property fee for one year?

No need. As long as the property fee is paid monthly, the property management company will pay the property fee in advance for three months in order to facilitate management. According to Article 18 of the Measures for the Implementation of Property Charge Management, if the owner disagrees with the user, the one-time advance payment of the property fee shall not exceed six months, and the owner shall not be charged with the deposit, security deposit and other related expenses for more than one year without authorization.
