Encourage and guide returnees to establish new agricultural business entities such as family farms, farmers' cooperatives, agricultural enterprises and agricultural socialized service organizations through various forms such as contracting, leasing, shareholding and cooperation in accordance with laws, regulations and policies. Guided by the combination of agriculture and animal husbandry (agriculture, forestry and fishery) and circular development, we will develop high-quality and efficient green agriculture. Implement the integrated operation of production, processing and marketing, and extend the agricultural industrial chain. Promote the deep integration of agriculture with tourism, education, culture, health care and other industries, and enhance the agricultural value chain.
