Who will bear the property cost of the rented house?

Legal analysis: In principle, the property fee after the house is rented shall be borne by the owner. If there is an agreement between the owner and the lessee, the property fee shall be paid according to the agreement of both parties.

Article 707 Where the lease term is more than six months, it shall be in written form.
