According to the recruitment plan, the interviewees are determined according to the high score and low score ratio of 1:3 (those who miss one or more subjects in the written test are not counted as interviewees). The ratio between the recruitment plan of the same post and the number of qualified interviewers shall not be less than 1:2. If the proportion is lower than the prescribed proportion, the recruitment plan shall be cancelled or reduced accordingly.

(4) Qualification examination and interview

Before the interview, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau organized the recruiting unit to conduct on-site qualification examination for the interviewers at the specified time and place.

The interview was conducted in a structured way. The interview score is 100, and the qualified score is 60. Those who fail the interview cannot be included in the medical examination and investigation. The interview time and place will be announced separately.

(5) Physical examination

After the interview, the total written test score and interview score are combined to calculate the total score. If the total score is equal, the one with the highest written test score will be the first. The formula for calculating the total score is: total score = total score of written test ÷ number of test subjects ×50%+ interview score ×50% (except for the position of speed recorder).

The district human resources and social security bureau determines the physical examination and inspection objects from high score to low score according to the recruitment plan 1: 1.

Those who fail the medical examination or give up the medical examination will be replenished in turn (those who did not participate in the interview and those who failed the interview will not be replenished).

The physical examination is based on the Notice of Zhejiang Provincial Personnel Department and Zhejiang Provincial Health Department on Printing and Distributing from Ministry of Personnel and Ministry of Health (Zhejiang Rengong [2005] No.68) and the Revision of the Ministry of Health, as well as the Notice of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health on Further Standardizing the Physical Examination Items for Admission and Employment, and Safeguarding the Admission and Employment Rights of HBsAg Carriers (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa 10).

Applicants who fail to attend the medical examination at the prescribed time and place shall be deemed to have given up the medical examination.

(6) Investigation

The inspection was organized and implemented by the competent department of each recruiting unit with reference to the Detailed Rules for the Inspection of Civil Servant Recruitment in Zhejiang Province (Trial) (Zhejiang Renfa [2008] No.58). It mainly examines the qualifications of qualified candidates for physical examination, as well as the situation of morality, ability, diligence, performance, honesty and the situation that needs to be avoided within the specified time. The investigation results are only used as the basis for whether to hire this time, and those who fail to pass the examination or voluntarily give up will be replenished in turn (those who did not attend the interview and those who failed the interview will not be replenished).

(7) Publicity

According to the inspection, physical examination, test results, etc. , determine the list of personnel to be hired, and the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will publicize it on Jiaxing Nanhu Talent Online and other related websites for 7 working days. During the publicity period, if there is any problem with the personnel to be hired, the competent department of the recruiting unit will conduct investigation and verification, put forward corresponding treatment opinions, and report to the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problem does not affect the employment after verification, it will be hired. Those who reflect the problems affecting employment and find evidence will not be hired; If it is difficult to verify the problems reflected at the moment, the employment will be suspended, and then whether to hire or not will be decided after investigation. (8) Employment

After determining the candidates for employment, it shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Trial Rules for the Employment System of Institutions in Zhejiang Province.
