What are the procedures for members of the owners' committee to resign?

The resignation of members of the owners' committee needs to go through the following procedures:

1. Submit a written resignation report according to the resolution process of the industry committee.

2. Obtain the signatures and approvals of all owners.

3. When necessary, submit a written application to the owners' congress or the preparatory group for the general election of the owners' committee to resign from the industry committee.

4. The preparatory group for the general election of the owners' congress or the owners' committee shall objectively and fairly hear the resignation application submitted, or persuade the members of the owners' committee to change their intention to resign.

5. After the Industry Committee is allowed to resign, it shall go through the filing formalities at the district and county people's governments, sub-district offices and real estate administrative departments of the Township People's governments where the Industry Committee is located within 30 days.
