Second, the internship content and analysis

Green space system is the only component with self-purification function in urban ecosystem. Lawn is the foundation of urban green space and residential green space. Without lawn, it is difficult to form a complete green space system in residential areas. Lawn can not only form a beautiful landscape, but also set off other landscaping elements in residential areas, such as sculptures, fountains, flower beds, flowers and trees. Taking grass as the background will be more lively and vivid. The buildings in the residential area can better reflect the rich space, changeable colors and levels, adding a lot of color to the buildings; Especially grass.

Lawn with flowers, sparse forests, hedges, film patterns and sketches can form a beautiful natural landscape full of pastoral scenery. Lawn, as an important part of the greening environment in residential quarters, mainly has the following functions: beautifying the living and working environment; Soil and water conservation, erosion prevention, soil consolidation and slope protection; Cover the ground, reduce dust and keep the environment clean; Conserve water, increase humidity, adjust temperature and improve microclimate; Absorb dust, toxic and harmful substances, reduce noise, purify air and prevent environmental pollution; Slow down sunlight radiation, protect and restore vision, eliminate fatigue, regulate mood, and benefit physical and mental health; As a sports venue, it provides material and cultural living places for community residents.

With the rapid development of the real estate market, people pay more attention to the beautification and humanization of the environment while pursuing the consumption of housing quality, and the greening of residential quarters is paid more and more attention by developers and buyers. Greening management has become an important part of residential property management. Therefore, improving the lawn planting and maintenance management level of property management practitioners is a management problem faced by most property management companies and the only way to build an economical property management enterprise.

1 establishment of lawn

Select the planting time as 1. 1

Different types of turfgrass have different suitable growth temperatures, so the selection of planting time is also different. The suitable growth temperature of cool-season turfgrass is 15℃-25℃, so the planting of cool-season turfgrass is mostly in early spring and autumn. Spring-sown lawn grass has great watering pressure and is easy to grow weeds. Comparatively, autumn is the best planting season. In some cold and dry areas in summer, the rainy season in early summer comes.

1.2 treatment of flat bed

Flat bed: Before planting, tidy up the flat bed. Plow, rake and level, and there can be no water. The depth of soil should not be less than 40 cm. In order to remove stones and grass roots from the flat bed soil, most of the flat beds in the residential area use reclaimed soil from buildings, with many bricks and stones. Must be cleaned up to ensure that the flat bed soil is fine and loose, and provide an ideal mu bed for grass seeds or turf. When leveling, it is best to keep 0.2%.

Adequate base fertilizer: on the flat bed soil, fully decomposed organic fertilizer is mixed to make the soil fertile and ensure the nutrients needed by grass seeds or turf during the growth period. Basic fertilizers such as diammonium phosphate and compound fertilizer can also be applied appropriately according to the situation, and the application amount is 30-40 grams per square meter.

1.3 Selection, mixing and sowing of grass seeds

1.3. 1 Selection of grass species

Choosing grass species suitable for local climate and soil conditions is an important prerequisite for the success of lawn establishment. Its basic principle is: firstly, choose grass seeds suitable for local soil and climate conditions, that is, solve the survival problem first, and then choose color, texture, uniformity and so on. Third, choose suitable grass seeds according to different management conditions. When selecting seeds, choose seeds with high germination rate and no weeds.

1.3.2 grass seed mixing principle

Mixed sowing of several grass species can adapt to different environmental conditions and form complementary advantages. Therefore, mixed sowing is a common way to build lawn at present. The important basis of mixed sowing of lawn grass seeds is to fully consider the unity of appearance and texture, that is, to have a complete and unified landscape effect. Different areas and the same area have different lawn mixed sowing choices and proportions, and the proportion of mixed sowing can be appropriately adjusted according to the management situation.

1.3.3 sowing mode

Sowing of lawn is mainly based on sowing. If the soil is too dry before sowing, water should be sprayed first to make the water penetrate into the ground 10 cm. When sowing, grass seeds and fine sand are mixed together according to the ratio of 1:2 (i.e. 1 for seeds and 2 for fine sand), and the grass seeds mixed with sand are evenly spread on the flat bed surface by sowing method; Then cover the grass seeds with a thin layer of fine wet soil prepared in advance, roll them with a roller once and spray water; The first spray of water can ensure that the surface is completely wet and soaked; After spraying water, check whether the grass seeds are exposed to the ground. If they are exposed too much, cover them with a thin layer of fine soil. Spray water twice every one or two days, then water it frequently to keep the soil moist until the grass germinates. When sowing in early spring, in order to keep warm and accelerate germination, and to prevent grass seeds from being washed away directly by pouring them on the soil, if possible, you can spread a layer of grass curtain on the seedbed where the grass seeds have been sown, water them through the grass curtain until the grass seeds germinate, and then remove the covering such as the grass curtain.

There are two ways to mix grass seeds: one is to mix grass seeds evenly before sowing; Second, if the seeds of the same species are similar in size, mix them before sowing; If there is a big difference between species, sowing should be carried out according to the proportion of mixed sowing. The sowing method is cross sowing.

1.4 Selection and laying of turf

1.4. 1 turf selection

When choosing a lawn, we should choose a variety suitable for the local climate and soil conditions, and the lawn should grow well, without weeds and pests.

1.4.2 turf laying

The ideal lawn bed should be wet, but it is not wet by paving turf blocks. When laying, the turf should be as thin as possible, and the turf blocks should be arranged in zigzag, leaving a gap of 5-8 cm between the turf blocks. Then, fine soil is filled in the gap and compacted, so that the turf and turf soil are closely combined; When paving turf blocks, if some turf leaves are found to be too long, they should be trimmed in time to keep all turf lengths consistent, neat and beautiful; After the turf is completely paved, spray enough water immediately. When spraying water, hold the outlet end of the hose and spray the water to the lawn as evenly as possible. Be careful not to shoot water directly on the lawn, so as to avoid high-pressure water scattering soil and exposing grass roots. If grass roots are found exposed on the ground, they should be covered with a layer of fine soil and compacted, and then they should be watered frequently and kept moist until they return to normal growth.

2 Lawn maintenance management

"Three points for planting and seven points for management". Whether the lawn management method is scientific and effective determines the success or failure of lawn planting. Only by adopting scientific and technical means in lawn management can property management companies effectively prolong the service life of lawns and save the greening cost of residential property management.

2. 1 pruning

Pruning is one of the most basic management work of lawn. In the process of lawn growth, proper pruning can keep the height of lawn surface, make the lawn surface flat, smooth and beautiful in leaf shape. It can prevent overgrowth of lawn, promote tillering, increase density, ventilate and transmit light, reduce pests and diseases, and improve lawn quality and life. The stubble of lawn grass should be reasonably determined according to different grass species. Some lawns cut too low will damage grass roots, cut off a large number of growing points, weaken photosynthesis, cause malnutrition and affect the normal growth of grass. If the stubble is too high, not only the lawn looks messy and uneven, but also the lower branches and leaves will turn yellow due to insufficient light, which will affect the appearance quality. Therefore, the stubble height of different kinds of lawns should be appropriate.

The mowing time and frequency of lawn should be flexibly determined according to the growth and development of lawn, the types of lawn, soil conditions and uses. Because the newly-built lawn is in the growth and development period, it can't be mowed in 1-2 years, and then mowed when the leaves are even and dense. Lawns that have grown and developed in residential areas are suitable for frequent pruning in summer, usually once every 20 days. Lawn grass used for activities in the community can be pruned at any time according to the use situation, and the pruning times are more.

Some data show that cutting grass will aggravate the incidence of summer spot disease of Kentucky bluegrass on the lawn with excessive nitrogen application. There is no difference between removing the cut grass and leaving it on the lawn at low or medium nitrogen application level. Cutting grass contains nutrients that plants need. It is one of the important nitrogen sources. Cutting grass contains 78%-80% water, 3%-6% nitrogen, 1% phosphorus and 2%-3% potassium, and the nitrogen content of cutting grass accounts for 1/3 of the nitrogen requirement of lawn. Returning this part to the upper soil can reduce the amount of chemical fertilizer and gradually improve soil fertility.

2.2 Irrigation

Because the root system of lawn grows on the soil surface, the root system is shallow, and it is more likely to die due to water evaporation, drought and water shortage. Therefore, turfgrass should be watered frequently during the growth period to keep the soil moist and provide sufficient water for turfgrass. The watering time of lawn grass should be scientific and reasonable during the growth period, and it should be done in the morning or evening in summer, not at sunny noon. In order to prevent the high water temperature from burning the root system of the lawn, the lawn should be watered in time after each fertilization, which promotes the decomposition of nutrients and is beneficial to the absorption of grassroots. In the dry season, the lawn grass should be watered frequently to avoid yellowing and dying due to drought. The lawn grass must be watered once before it turns green in spring to promote the lawn grass to turn green as soon as possible. Be sure to water it once in late autumn and early winter to ensure that the grass roots absorb enough water, which is conducive to wintering and growth in the coming year.

When automatic sprinkler irrigation is used, artificial supplementary irrigation should be adopted in places where the water flow range cannot be reached. When watering with water pipes, it should be sprinkled in the air according to the plane, not directly sprayed on the lawn to prevent grass roots from rushing out of the bare.

Four. abstract

I learned a lot by watching the process of this internship. During the 19-day internship, I basically understood the management of garden companies. Through internship, I also exercised my seriousness and sense of responsibility for my work, and learned how to think about many things. Knowledge like this is something we can't learn in college classes. Only when we practice and experience can we understand. This internship, I am learning a new field, and I am also using the professional knowledge I learned at Linda University. It can be said that it is a double harvest. The internship has exercised me and promoted me. In conclusion, I also want to thank this internship and the company for providing me with this opportunity.
