Second, online application

After the announcement, candidates are required to register in official website. This process is called online application. At the same time, a preliminary test (referred to as "preliminary test") will be organized at the seminar site, and students with outstanding performance in the preliminary test will have the opportunity to obtain the online application pass of the bank (directly obtain the written test qualification).

Fourth, written test

After the online application deadline, the bank will screen the resumes of the candidates and finally determine the written test list. The written notice will be sent to the candidates by SMS, email, etc. 3 ~ 15 days before the exam.

The general bank written test is proposed by a third-party evaluation agency, and then the national unified computer test is conducted. The test dates are mostly concentrated on the weekend from the end of 10 to the beginning of 12. The interview of joint-stock commercial banks generally consists of two rounds, three rounds or even four rounds, and several rounds are conducted separately. After the final interview, the bank will finalize the admission list according to the number of recruits, and inform everyone to have a physical examination, which can be divided into two types: equal physical examination and differential physical examination. After the physical examination, different sub-branches will send the signing notice to 1 month after 3 days according to their own conditions, and candidates can finally enter the bank after signing the contract.

Change 1: Write after the interview.

Usually, the interview is conducted after the written test, but last year, a bank conducted an interview after the online application and before the written test. For example, the campus recruitment of Jiaozuo CTS Bank, the written test is conducted after the initial test.

Generally, banks start with a screening process, and the written test and interview are conducted on the same day, which effectively saves the recruitment time. Of course, the preparation time of the friends is relatively less. There are also some banks that are special.
