The project format of Zibo China Resources Center covers international city complex, five-star hotel, landscape business, boutique apartment, high-end residence and international 5A office building. In the design of the project, the business district is L-shaped and arranged near two main roads, which fully fits the surrounding business atmosphere and continues and strengthens the pattern of urban commercial streets. 172.6m star hotel is arranged beside Jinjing Avenue in the north of the base, which not only forms the landmark of this project, but also strengthens the role of Jinjing Avenue as an important urban trunk road. In addition, the 100-meter apartment tower is located in the shopping mall road on the east side of the base, which is conducive to the passage and evacuation of vehicles in the tower. There are three main pedestrian entrances and exits and squares in the shopping center. The entrance square not only provides a cordial welcome and public gathering area, but also connects the case with the commercial projects in the opposite corner. The three internal atriums are closely connected in series through the herringbone commercial line between the entrances, and the functions of each format are clear and the streamline is clear.
