I. Holiday arrangements

On July 9, the students officially had a holiday. Students can leave school after the final exam. Teachers can leave school after completing the teaching tasks of this semester and the work arranged by schools and hospitals with the consent of the leaders of their units. On July 12, the administrative staff of the government took a formal holiday. If there are work tasks in the summer vacation, the unit will arrange them by itself.

Second, the practical teaching stage arrangement

According to the teaching arrangement, I entered the professional practice stage from July 9 to 17. Students must complete practical tasks according to the arrangement of the college. Teachers with guidance tasks complete the tasks according to the arrangement of the college.

Third, the timetable of the school.

1. During the holidays, the school implements a three-level value and class waiting system. The school has a chief attendant who must be on duty 24 hours a day; All units affiliated to the school should arrange personnel to be on duty, and the personnel on duty should be in Nanjing 24 hours a day; The security department should arrange personnel to be on duty at school 24 hours a day to ensure the safety and stability of the campus;

2. All units shall, according to the actual situation, carefully arrange relevant work before and after the holiday and before the start of school, and earnestly do a good job in duty and waiting for classes. The school duty and lecture time will be arranged by the school office without further notice.

3. The Academic Affairs Office and the secondary colleges should do a good job in the students' summer professional practice stage and various teaching arrangements before and after the start of school.

4. The Academic Affairs Office should make statistics on the information of students staying in secondary colleges during holidays, and coordinate relevant departments to do a good job in the safety and logistics support of students staying in schools;

5. The logistics department should organize a comprehensive safety inspection before and after the festival, and do a good job in flood control, fire prevention, theft prevention, food poisoning prevention and infectious disease prevention. During the holiday, and supervise the canteen to do a good job of catering, accommodation, safety and other logistics support for students and teachers.

6. The leaders of all units and relevant personnel on duty and on standby shall ensure smooth communication and timely report and handle emergencies according to procedures.
