What enterprise does Beijing Kexing belong to?

Beijing Kexing is not a state-owned enterprise. Beijing Kexing, called Beijing Kexing Biological Products Co., Ltd., is a company co-founded by Kexin Control Investment Co., Ltd. and Beijing Peking University Weiming Biotechnology Group Co., Ltd., which belongs to the biological high-tech industry.

In addition, Beijing Kexing Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. also has a subsidiary named Tangshan Yinan Biotechnology Co., Ltd., whose main business is product development and manufacturing of veterinary vaccines.

On June 4, 2009, Beijing Kexing Investment Control Company opened to the outside world, claiming that its company had successfully switched to the Nasdaq world market. It is also expected to be listed on the main board of Nasdaq World Exchange Market in June of the same year. The stock trading code is SVA. Prior to this, Beijing Kexing Investment Control Company has been listed on the main board of American Stock Exchange.

Research and Development of Beijing Kexing Company

Beijing Kexing's R&D has been strongly supported by the government and has carried out extensive cooperation with famous universities and research institutes at home and abroad.

Beijing Kexing has successively undertaken the national high-tech R&D plan (863 Plan) such as "Inactivated SARS Vaccine" and "Broad-spectrum Influenza Epidemic Vaccine" and the national key scientific and technological project "Avian Influenza Vaccine for Human Use".
