Rent distribution principle

Third, the principle of sorting with rent.

According to the year of filing, the qualification of renting and the time of intention registration, the specific sorting principles are as follows:

Priority families who obtained the filing qualification before June 24, 2022, 10 ranked first;

Families with early filing qualifications rank first, and families with delayed filing qualifications rank last;

For families with the same filing qualification time and rent allocation qualification, families with early intention registration time rank first, and families with late intention registration time rank last.

Every time a new application for family registration is successful, the registration system will update the sorting order according to the above sorting principle, so the order obtained by each family when completing the registration operation does not represent the final order of house selection.
