1, property manager-intermediate (one of the following conditions)

(1) Having worked continuously in this major for more than 1 year, having received formal training from the property manager and obtained the graduation certificate.

2. Assistant Property Manager-Senior (one of the following conditions)

(1) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the property manager, he has been engaged in this profession for more than 2 years continuously, and has been trained by the assistant property manager to reach the required standard hours, and has obtained the graduation (completion) certificate.

(2) Those who have obtained a bachelor's degree or above in this major or related majors.

3. Property manager-technician (one of the following conditions)

(1) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional assistant property manager, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 4 years continuously, and has been trained by the professional property manager to reach the required standard hours, and obtained the certificate of completion.

(2) Have a college degree, have been engaged in this profession for more than 8 years continuously, have received formal training of standard hours specified by this professional property manager, and have obtained a certificate of completion.

(3) Have a bachelor's degree, have been engaged in this profession for more than 6 years continuously, have reached the standard hours stipulated in the formal training of this professional property manager, and have obtained a certificate of completion.

4. Interim Provisions on the System of Property Managers (Decree No.95 [2005] of the Government of People's Republic of China (PRC)) Article 9 Citizens of People's Republic of China (PRC) who abide by national laws and regulations, abide by professional ethics and meet one of the following conditions may apply for the qualification examination of property managers:

(1) Obtained technical secondary school education in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, with working experience of 10 years, including 8 years in property management. (2) Obtain a college degree in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and have worked for 6 years, including 4 years in property management. (3) Obtain a bachelor's degree in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and have worked for 4 years, including 3 years in property management. (4) Graduated from a double bachelor's degree or postgraduate program in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and worked for 3 years, including 2 years in property management.

(5) Obtain a master's degree in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and have been engaged in property management for 2 years.

(6) Obtain a doctorate in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and have been engaged in property management for 1 year.

(7) For those who have obtained corresponding academic qualifications and degrees in other majors, the working years and working years in property management will be increased by 2 years.
