Tiancun plate is about 8 kilometers away from Zhongguancun in the north and 8 kilometers away from Xizhimen and Financial Street in the east. It is known as the back garden of Zhongguancun high-tech park and financial street business circle.

Large-scale road reconstruction project in this area: Fushi Road, which connects the West Fourth Ring Road and the West Fifth Ring Road, has been widened to an 80-meter expressway, becoming one of the six bus expressways in Beijing.
