Regulations on safety supervision of special equipment

Nineteenth elevator manufacturing, installation, renovation and maintenance activities must strictly abide by the requirements of safety technical specifications. Where an elevator manufacturing unit entrusts or agrees to other units to carry out elevator installation, renovation and maintenance activities, it shall conduct safety guidance and monitoring on its installation, renovation and maintenance activities. After the installation, renovation and maintenance of the elevator, the elevator manufacturing unit shall inspect and debug the elevator according to the requirements of the safety technical specifications, and be responsible for the results of inspection and debugging.

Thirty-first daily maintenance of elevators must be carried out by the installation, renovation and maintenance units or elevator manufacturing units that have obtained the license in accordance with these regulations.

Elevator should be cleaned, lubricated, adjusted and inspected at least once every 15 days.
