The qualification grade of property management enterprises shall be graded, with the highest level of qualification approved by the Ministry of Construction, the second level of qualification approved by the Municipal Bureau of Land and Housing Management, and the third level of qualification approved by the county-level Bureau of Land and Housing Management where the enterprise is registered.
