How to refund the rental deposit of Poly Dongwan?

1. The rental deposit can be refunded when it meets the deposit terms in the rental contract, usually after the lease expires. The deposit clause in the lease contract shall specify the amount, purpose, delivery method and collection and withdrawal time, and Party A may use it to deduct liquidated damages, compensation and other expenses. On the day after the lease relationship is cancelled, vacated, cleared and all the fees payable are paid, the deposit will be refunded in full without interest.
