Thirty-ninth motor vehicle parking lots and parking spaces owned by the owners in the property management area shall be given priority to the owners and property users in the property management area; Fees, management and other matters shall be decided by the owners' meeting.
Parking motor vehicles in the property management area shall not affect the normal traffic of other vehicles and pedestrians.
Fortieth owners have storage requirements for vehicles, the owners and property services companies or other managers shall sign a separate storage contract.
Forty-first owners and property users should use the house in accordance with the purposes approved by the competent department of city planning administration or stated in the certificate of ownership of the house, and shall not change it without authorization. If it is really necessary to change the use of the house, it shall obtain the consent of the interested parties and go through the relevant formalities according to law.
Article 42 If a realty service enterprise chooses to withdraw from realty service for any reason, it shall notify the owner in writing within 30 days before withdrawing.
Article 43 If the owners' meeting cannot be held for some reason, and no one implements property management, which seriously affects the life of the owners, the neighborhood offices or township and town people's governments where the property is located may organize the owners' autonomy in accordance with the provisions of these Measures; You can also temporarily entrust a property service enterprise or other managers to implement property management with the consent of most owners, and the expenses shall be borne by the beneficiaries.
Article 44 Water, electricity, gas and heat used for public lighting and property management houses in the property management area where residents live shall be charged according to the residential price.
Forty-fifth water supply, power supply, gas supply, heating and other departments should charge the end users in the property management area. Losses incurred before providing services to end users shall be borne by business units.
