Safety system engineering construction

When we are doing weak current engineering, we have the following relations:

Developers (hereinafter referred to as Party A), monitoring and installation companies (hereinafter referred to as Party B), property management (third party) and construction companies (fourth party).

For general weak current projects, Party A and Party B directly sign the project installation contract, and sometimes Party A will hand over the monitoring project to a third party (this is rare because weak current projects are directly operated by Party A's project engineering department). The construction of monitoring is generally after the house is decorated (after the cement wall is pasted, but before the fine decoration), because if monitoring is done first, the monitoring cable will be damaged during the decoration. The fourth party is responsible for the construction of the house, which basically has nothing to do with this piece (of course, Party B and the fourth party need to cooperate in the construction process).

In fact, monitoring is only a part of weak current projects. Newly developed buildings need to be equipped with building intercom, integrated wiring, background music, electronic patrol, parking system, etc. Of course, these were all built before the fine decoration of the house.
