Can public revenue be used to build houses?

You can't. According to the Civil Code of our country, the profits generated by the construction unit, the property service enterprise or other managers using part of the owners shall be owned by the owners after deducting reasonable expenses. Owners enjoy ownership of the exclusive parts of buildings such as houses, business houses for leisure and entertainment, and condominium of the * * * parts other than the exclusive parts. The owner shall enjoy the rights and undertake the obligations for the part other than the exclusive part of the building. You may not fail to perform your obligations on the grounds of giving up your rights.
