Property service companies can avoid such risks and reduce economic losses by purchasing public liability insurance in full and on time.

(3) Take residents' complaints seriously.

In case of residents' complaints about falling objects from high altitude, the reception staff of the property management company should send personnel to the site in time to handle it, record the relevant situation, investigate and visit the matter, handle it in time according to the above two situations (1) and (2), appease the victims' emotions, pay a return visit and make corresponding records for the record.
