The property company is arrogant and has many contradictions with the owners. Should we ban real estate?

Some owners and property have great contradictions. Some owners feel that they have paid for the property, but the property has no good service. Instead, they make things difficult for themselves everywhere. Although there are many contradictions between property and owners, I don't think property should be banned.

First, banning property will cause great trouble to the owners' lives. The residential area where our home is located is because some people don't pay the property fees, and the property fees can't be collected, resulting in no profit in the property, so we ran a number of properties. After the property ran away, our community really caused a lot of trouble.

For example, no one collects water fees, and no one collects water fees to stop the water supply on the roof of the community. Many people didn't know the benefits of property until they saw the water cut off when they were screaming over there.

When there was no property, there were many problems with elevators. There is something wrong with the elevator. Many people have to take the stairs because they are not qualified and can't contact outsiders to repair it.

Second, banning property will cause hidden dangers to the safety of the community. The existence of the property still has certain benefits, such as the property can stand at the door and inspect the post, and don't let some irrelevant personnel enter the community. If there is no property, other people's cars can be parked in your community at will.

If there is no property, thieves can swagger into your community. If there is no property, who will you ask for help if there is a safety hazard in the elevator? If there is no property, who will clean the sanitation in your community?

Third, banning property will lead to a mess in the residential environment. Although banning real estate can save some money in our pockets, our quality of life will plummet. Will you feel good when you go back to the community every day and see piles of garbage on the ground? Will it feel good to go back to the community every day and see someone spitting and urinating in the elevator? Can you feel good when you go back to the community every day and see those messy environments?
