Electric power property service enterprises

Home appliances are damaged due to the circuit in the residential area, which belongs to the failure of power equipment in property management and is compensated by the property.

According to Article 60 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Electric Power Law, if an electric power operation accident causes damage to users or a third party, the electric power enterprise shall be liable for compensation according to law. Electric power enterprises shall not be liable for compensation for power operation accidents caused by one of the following reasons:

(1) force majeure;

(2) The user's own fault.

If the fault of the user or the third party causes damage to the power enterprise or other users, the user or the third party shall be liable for compensation according to law.

The realty service enterprise fails to perform the realty service contract, causing personal and property safety damage to the owner, and shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities according to law.

Article 57 If, in violation of the provisions of these Regulations, the construction unit arbitrarily disposes of the ownership or use right of the property parts and facilities belonging to the owners, the real estate administrative department of the local people's government at or above the county level shall impose a fine of not less than 50,000 yuan but not more than 200,000 yuan; If losses are caused to the owners, they shall be liable for compensation according to law.
