1. Property maintenance: The housing manager is responsible for ensuring the normal operation and maintenance of the property, and will conduct daily inspections, check the conditions of housing facilities and public areas, and solve problems in time when found, such as maintenance, cleaning and greening.

2. Safety management: The house manager is responsible for ensuring the safety of the property, monitoring the entrances and exits, maintaining the access control system, managing safety equipment (such as surveillance cameras and fire alarm systems), and taking necessary safety measures to ensure the safety of residents and property.
