Is it true that Germany agreed to Baixi II?

The German government allowed Nord Stream II to be put into production without certification. The Nord Stream 2 natural gas pipeline project worth 654.38+0 billion euros involves the interests of Russia, Germany, the United States and Ukraine. Now in order to put the project into production safely, Germany has to mediate with other three parties in the middle.

It is understood that in order to prevent the smooth completion of the "Beixi 2" project, Ukraine has always claimed that this project will pose a security threat to the European region.
