3. No unit or individual may set up facilities unrelated to greening in urban green space without authorization.

4. No unit or individual may damage urban trees, flowers and green facilities.

5. Electric power, municipal administration, transportation, communications and other departments need to prune, migrate and cut down urban trees for safety, which shall be reported to the competent department of urban greening administration for approval, and shall be implemented by an organization with the qualification of urban landscaping.

(2) Legal liability

1. Whoever destroys tree supports, railings, flower bases, chairs, garden lights, architectural sketches, waterscape facilities, green water supply and drainage facilities and other greening facilities shall be fined twice the cost of the facilities.
