What is the procedure for renaming electricity charges?

Users who change their names or transfer their ownership (according to law, or change the householder of residential users) shall apply to the power supply enterprise with relevant certificates. Power supply enterprises should be handled according to the following provisions:

Under the condition that the address, capacity and category of electricity consumption remain unchanged, it is allowed to change its name or transfer ownership;

The original user should settle the debt with the power supply enterprise to terminate the original power supply and consumption relationship;

If the new user fails to handle the transfer formalities and transfers the ownership, it shall bear the debts of the original user. When the power supply enterprise discovers that the user has transferred the ownership privately, it shall notify the household to go through the formalities, and may suspend the power supply if necessary. The name change of electricity meter refers to the change of user's name, and the transfer of electricity meter refers to the change of electricity owner caused by the change of property right of electricity address.

1. Identity information of new and original households;

3. To deduct the electricity bill from the bank, you need to provide the identity certificate of the new account holder, bank passbook or bank card, and account opening certificate (account opening permit).

4. If it is represented by another person, the identity certificate and power of attorney of the agent shall also be provided.

In case of the following special circumstances, the following information shall be provided:

① The old householder can't provide information: pay the electricity bill according to the information provided by the new clothes, and provide a "customer statement" stating the reason why the new householder can't obtain the identity information of the old householder, and promise to provide all transfer information legally.

② The old householder has passed away: provide supplementary death certificate.

③ Failure to obtain a new real estate license: tax payment certificate, such as deed tax invoice issued by the tax department, is required.

(4) Batch transfer within the community: the identity certificate of the manager and the power of attorney signed by the owner.

Residents need to provide:

① New identification materials;

(2) Original identity certificate or name change certificate issued by the public security department.
