If the owners' committee or more than ten owners have any objection to the income and expenditure of property funds announced by the property service enterprise, the property service enterprise shall make a written reply and explanation;
The owners' committee may also entrust an audit unit to conduct an audit, and the expenses shall be paid from the use income of * * parts of the property and the operating income of * * facilities and equipment and related sites.
