What are the benefits of entering the e-commerce industrial park?

(1) For e-commerce enterprises in the park, according to the actual demand, lease office space and product display space (in principle, office space per capita 10 square meter), free of rent and property management fees for three years; Rent a warehouse for e-commerce sales (in principle, a warehouse of 0.5 square meters shall be provided according to online sales 1 10,000 yuan), and rent and property management fees shall be exempted within 3 years, and the maximum subsidy area of a single enterprise shall not exceed 3,000 square meters.

(2) Establish a business incubation base in the park, and provide free office space and office furniture for e-commerce entrepreneurs who have settled in the park within three years, so as to realize carrying bags.

(3) Support enterprises to invest in supporting facilities. Subsidies will be given to projects where the total investment in fixed assets (excluding infrastructure and land, with a maximum of no more than 800 yuan per square meter) is actually completed for decoration, communication hardware, refrigeration and heating equipment and other supporting facilities, and the amount of subsidies will not exceed 50% of the total investment of the project.

(4) Encourage traditional enterprises to apply e-commerce. Traditional enterprises build their own operation teams, and if the annual online sales reach more than 5 million yuan, they will be given a 30% subsidy for the third-party platform, and the annual maximum for a single enterprise will not exceed 50,000 yuan.

(5) Accelerate the development of cross-border electronic commerce. The annual online sales income of enterprises in cross-border electronic commerce reaches more than US$ 6,543,800+0,000 (subject to the foreign exchange settlement income), and the subsidy is 30% of the cross-border express logistics cost. The maximum annual income of a single enterprise does not exceed RMB 6,543,800+0,000.

(6) E-commerce training institutions recognized by professional authorities provide skills training for e-commerce personnel. E-commerce personnel who have obtained professional qualification certificates and have been employed or started businesses in the park for more than 1 year will be subsidized according to 50% of the actual training expenses, with a maximum of 1 10,000 yuan per person.
