What is a public welfare building?

Public welfare buildings refer to those project buildings that are not for profit and beneficial to society. Generally, it is divided into public facilities such as environmental sanitation, environmental protection, landscaping, urban construction and management, road traffic, river regulation, and other projects such as community security defense, property management, parking lot management, logistics services of administrative institutions, and doormen. Second, community services for the convenience and benefit of the people, including: community care for the elderly, pension, community medical care, nursing homes, family dining tables, home care, social welfare charity activities and various non-profit projects organized by the community to meet the living needs of residents. Moreover, the buildings needed for these projects are all public welfare buildings.
