Chongqing's latest parking charge standard for residential quarters 2020

The parking fee of Chongqing residential area is 2020, ranging from 300-450 yuan per month, which is different according to the old and new residential areas.

Parking fees in ordinary residential quarters, including vehicle parking service fees and parking space rental fees, are subject to government-guided price management, and residential quarters are not allowed to charge according to commercial charging standards.

According to the current regulations, from 7: 00 to 20: 00, the highest charging standard for temporary parking of automobiles is 3 yuan/time; Overnight from 20: 00 to 7: 00 the next day, outdoor 6 yuan/time.

There is no charge for temporary parking of vehicles within 1 hour (inclusive); Owners should apply for monthly tickets for vehicle parking service or parking space rental, and property service companies should give them monthly tickets; If the vehicle is parked once within 24 hours (including 24 hours), only one vehicle parking service fee or parking space rental fee can be charged; Cross-time parking will be charged according to the standard high time period, and the charges cannot be accumulated in two time periods.
