Public maintenance funds cannot be used to replace fire extinguishers. But it can be used as an expense for daily operations.

Residential facilities and equipment maintenance projects refer to medium repair, overhaul, transformation and renewal projects except the daily operation and maintenance scope.

Legal basis:

Article 4 of the Measures for the Administration of the Use of Public Maintenance Funds stipulates that maintenance funds should be used exclusively for residential facilities and equipment maintenance projects after the warranty period expires.

The term ×××× residential facilities and equipment as mentioned in these Measures refers to the relevant parts and facilities of houses owned and used by all or part of the property owners in residential buildings or property management areas. * * * Project * * * Use parts and facilities shall be agreed in the property management convention according to the principle that the residential companies in this Municipality share the construction area. If there is no agreement, it shall be implemented with reference to Annex I of these Measures.
