The property and the owner are in the same building. Can the property be shared equally by all the owners?

You can't. The pool area of the house is calculated according to the building, and only the public pool area serving the building can participate in the pool calculation. Therefore, the office space of the owners' committee, the office space of the property management company and the community club serving the whole community cannot be counted as the shared area of the owners, and the shared public building area = shared coefficient × interior building area.
