I didn't pay the property fee, and the property stopped my water. What should I do?

There are four ways, choose by yourself.

1. Complain to the Community Office, a subordinate unit of the Real Estate Bureau in the district, which is the department that directly manages the property management company.

2. You can also go directly to the TV news column to complain, but your failure to pay the property fee will be exposed, which will cause a storm in the city and affect your personal reputation.

You can bring a "civil lawsuit" directly to the local people's court, asking the property company to restore water supply and compensate you for your economic losses. However, it will take a long time, maybe half a year or a year. Even if you are the person who wants to compensate you for your losses, you can't afford to pay the property fee, which is not worth the loss.

4. Pay the property fee to restore the property water supply. Simple and direct.

The court issued a notice, 1, refusing to pay the property fee because of the housing quality problem, 2, dissatisfied with the residential environment, 3, dissatisfied with the property service, 4, refused to pay the property fee because the property contract was not signed, 5, dissatisfied with the use of public areas by the property company, 6, refused to pay the property fee because of personal property losses, and there was no property compensation. The above seven reasons for not paying or underpaying property fees are not supported by the court. If the property management company sues you, you not only have to pay all the fees in arrears, but also pay a large amount of liquidated damages (there will be late fees for property fees in the property service contract), even including legal fees.
