In view of the recent frequent industrial accidents of employees in the company, in order to standardize the handling process of industrial accidents of employees in the company, all departments should do the following:

1. When new employees are employed, the general office and department managers should inform the employees of the specific requirements for handling work-related injuries during the induction training, and ask the employees to sign for confirmation.

2. If an employee has an accident during working hours (regardless of the severity of the injury), the injured employee should immediately call the department manager and explain the specific situation in the form of a short message.

3. The department manager shall verify the specific circumstances of the accident in time, report to the general office by telephone immediately after receiving the report, and explain the specific circumstances in short message or written form (application form for work-related injury identification). The department manager shall verify the following items: (1) Whether the accident occurred during working hours; (2) Whether the accident happened in the normal working area of employees; (3) Whether there are company employees present at the time of the accident, etc.

4. The comprehensive office shall notify the department manager of the insured employees' participation in time, and report to the medical insurance office or insurance company in the north forest area.

5. The department manager shall promptly inform employees not to use the medical insurance card to pay related expenses during treatment.

6. If the injured employee is insured for work-related injury, the department manager shall provide the information required for work-related injury identification within 10 working days after the incident, and provide the information required for reimbursement within 5 working days after the employee is treated; If the injured employee is insured with accidental injury insurance, the department manager shall provide the materials required for reimbursement within 5 working days after the employee is treated.

Failing to declare and deal with work-related injuries according to the prescribed procedures, resulting in the expenses of accidents that cannot be reimbursed, and the relevant responsible person shall bear the corresponding expenses. All departments of the company are requested to strengthen the safety operation training for employees and enhance their awareness of safety operation. Safety accidents will be included in the year-end performance appraisal.
