Backbones and supervisors at all levels are the leaders of fire control work and the natural responsible persons of fire control work, and shall bear the following responsibilities:

1. Supervise and inspect the fire control work of all localities, departments and personnel within the management area according to the fire control regulations of the service center and the municipal government.

I. Be fully responsible for the fire control work within the jurisdiction of the company.
