How long does the developer guarantee the quality of the property elevator?

Article 7

After the installation and commissioning of the elevator, the elevator manufacturing enterprise shall conduct quality self-inspection and issue the elevator product quality certificate or test report. By the use of units to the construction administrative departments to apply for project construction approval, construction administrative departments to organize construction, construction, safety supervision and other units of joint inspection and acceptance. After acceptance, it shall sign for delivery. Other departments will not repeat testing and certification.

In principle, quality disputes in acceptance shall be settled by both parties through consultation. If negotiation fails, the elevator manufacturer shall submit it to the local technical supervision department until the State Bureau of Technical Supervision for arbitration.

The warranty period of elevator quality is one year from the date of acceptance, but not more than 18 months after delivery. Quality problems after the expiration of the warranty period shall be dealt with according to the national product quality law.
