Shenyang roadside parking regulations are as follows:

1, except for parking spaces designated according to law, motor vehicles should be parked at designated places, and parking on sidewalks is prohibited;

2, temporary parking on the road, shall not interfere with other vehicles and pedestrians;

3. No parking is allowed in the road section without stop signs and markings, in the road section with isolation facilities between motor vehicle lanes and non-motor vehicle lanes and sidewalks, as well as crosswalks and construction sections;

4. No parking is allowed at intersections, railway crossings, sharp detours, narrow roads, bridges, steep slopes, tunnels and sections within 50 meters from the above locations;

5. No parking is allowed in front of bus stops, first aid stations, gas stations, fire hydrants or fire brigades and within 30 meters from the above places, except by using the above facilities;

6. Before the vehicle stops, it is not allowed to open the door for people to get on and off, and opening and closing the door shall not hinder the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians;

7, roadside parking should be close to the right side of the road, the driver is not allowed to leave the car, people up and down or loading and unloading items, leave immediately;

8. Buses are not allowed to get on or off passengers on sections outside the station.

Roadside illegal parking is handled as follows:

1, on-site processing. Generally speaking, three days after receiving the ticket, you take your driver's license, driving license, cash or bank card to the local administrative hall (or traffic police team) to pay the fine on the spot;

2. Online processing. Many cities have online policing, which can be paid by bank card after entering;

3. There is no penalty for illegal parking, usually a fine, but you should see the date on the ticket clearly and don't delay the date, so as to avoid late payment fees and increase economic losses;

4. Ordinary parking lots should be parked in designated parking spaces according to regulations.

To sum up, motor vehicles should be parked in the specified places. It is forbidden to park motor vehicles on the sidewalk.
