Professional Introduction of Law School of Zhejiang Wanli University

This major trains applied professionals who have a solid theoretical foundation of law, are familiar with national laws and regulations, master relevant knowledge and skills, have certain legal thinking ability and practical operation ability, and can engage in relevant legal work in administrative law enforcement organs, enterprises and institutions, especially judicial organs and legal service institutions.

There are 48 professional teachers, including 3 professors, 8 associate professors/kloc-0, 8 lecturers/kloc-0, and 27 teachers with master's degree or above. There are abundant books, documents and professional multimedia audio-visual materials, and complete teaching and experimental facilities. Students can simulate legal practice through legal training centers, mock trials and other practice places on campus, and the teaching content is combined with the national judicial examination to create conditions for students to obtain professional qualifications after graduation.

Benchmark academic system: four years; Those who pass the exam will be awarded a bachelor of law degree.

Main courses: jurisprudence, constitution, civil law, criminal law, administrative law and administrative procedure law, economic law, civil procedure law, criminal procedure law, contract law, intellectual property law, international law, private international law, international economic law, Chinese legal history, etc. This major trains application-oriented professionals who master modern management theories, techniques and methods, are familiar with relevant laws and policies, can flexibly master and apply professional knowledge and skills, and engage in management work in various institutions, party and government organs and other enterprises and institutions, especially those who adapt to the development of modern cities, face grass-roots communities, and have certain analytical, solving and organizational management capabilities.
