Can fresh graduates majoring in property management engage in property consultancy positions?

The position of property consultant is too general, and different units have different definitions of this position.

In some units, property consultants are defined as building management personnel, property customer service personnel or property center receptionists. Their job is to directly deal with the owners, receive their visits, answer their calls, take charge of their daily maintenance and fees, and pay a return visit to the owners in their spare time. If it is a property consultant, then property graduates should be able to meet the job requirements.

In some units, the position of property consultant refers to a senior employee who has been engaged in property work for many years, or an experienced old employee who has been rehired. They mainly deal with difficulties and thorny issues in their work, and also have the responsibility of training and leading new employees.

There is another kind, which refers to the management personnel of third-party property agencies stationed in newly established property companies. This kind of property consultant usually serves as the deputy of the main management personnel in the early stage, assisting and teaching the management personnel of the new property company how to carry out their work. I also work part-time to train the ability of people at all levels in the company.

As a fresh graduate, the second and third types of real estate consultants are beyond your power at present.
