Who's in charge of the property company?

First of all, the property company has signed a property contract with the community industry Committee. If the property company wants to terminate the contract or dismiss the property company, it needs the decision of the community industry Committee and the consent of two-thirds of the owners.

Secondly, if the property company wants to leave the community, it needs to go through the handover procedures with the subsequent property company.
