First, ordinary residential property service charges are subject to government-guided prices. Ordinary residential property refers to ordinary commodity housing, which is different from high-grade residential property such as villas. Pre-realty service refers to the realty service provided by the development and construction unit for residential projects before the owners' congress and the owners' congress select realty service enterprises. After the termination of the preliminary property service stage of ordinary houses, the property service charge standard shall be subject to market adjustment price.
