The latest policy of Fuzhou public rental housing for five years
There are two ways to apply for rental subsidies for public rental housing.
First, you have not applied for public rental housing in the fourth district of Fuzhou. You can submit the corresponding materials to apply for public rental housing in four districts during the opening application period. The conditions for applying for public rental housing are the same as those for applying for physical distribution.
2. Waiting families who have previously applied for public rental housing in the four districts of Fuzhou may apply in writing to the Fuzhou State-owned Real Estate Management Center to change the guarantee method into monetary subsidies, and go through the relevant procedures for the issuance of rental subsidies, which will be issued from the month of signing.
Class A families: pay 70% of the average market rent as a rental subsidy;
B family: pay 50% of the average market rent as a rental subsidy;
Category C families: pay 30% of the average market rent as rent subsidy.
The average rent of the housing market around the public rental housing community is 24.8 yuan/square meter/month.
Waiting families can apply in writing to the municipal state-owned real estate management center to change the security mode into rental subsidies, and the rental subsidies will be issued from the next month after the application. Once the guarantee method is changed, it may not be adjusted again.
Basic conditions of Class A security objects: the per capita annual income of families is lower than the per capita disposable income of urban residents in Fuzhou last year (subject to the data published by the statistics department, the same below), the annual income of single-family families is lower than 1.5 times of the per capita disposable income of urban residents in Fuzhou last year, and no public housing has been rented.
Legal basis: Article 2 of Fuzhou Public Rental Housing Management Rules and Policies (Trial) is clear, which is applicable to the post-allocation management of public rental housing in Gulou, Taijiang, Cangshan and Jin 'an districts. Directional allocation of public rental housing, the relevant work units (or industry authorities) should refer to the implementation details to establish an internal management system; Twenty-first clear, counties (cities) and Mawei District can refer to the formulation of local implementation rules.
