What subjects does the second architecture major study?

Two constructor examination subjects:

There are three subjects in the second-level constructor examination: construction management, construction laws and regulations and related knowledge, and professional engineering management and practice.

There are six majors to choose from, namely construction engineering, highway engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, municipal public works, mining engineering and electromechanical engineering. Candidates only need to choose one of them to take the exam.

The examination contents of "Construction Management of Construction Projects" include project management, construction cost management, construction progress management, construction quality management, construction contract management, construction information management and construction quality management.

The examination content of "Building Engineering Regulations and Related Knowledge" includes basic legal knowledge of building engineering, legal system of construction permit, legal system of building engineering contracting, legal system of resolving disputes in building engineering, legal system of building safety engineering and legal system of building engineering quality.

The examination contents of "Professional Engineering Management and Practice" include technical requirements of building structures, building materials, construction survey technology, special structure construction technology, construction safety management of building projects, and construction site management of building projects.

Construction engineering: construction management positions of real estate development companies and engineering technology companies, cost consulting and project evaluation positions of engineering consulting and evaluation institutions, engineering management positions of star-rated hotels, technical positions of construction units, engineering management positions of government construction departments, engineering management positions of high-grade properties, infrastructure positions of large and medium-sized domestic enterprises, etc.

Municipal engineering: It is suitable to engage in construction technology and management, quality management, construction supervision, safety management, project cost and contract information management in municipal public engineering enterprises and institutions.

Electromechanical engineering: it is suitable for the development, manufacture, operation, maintenance and management of electromechanical integration products, and can also engage in professional-related technical, management or teaching work in teaching, scientific research, production and administrative departments.

Water conservancy and hydropower projects: engaged in technical management and operation management of water conservancy and hydropower projects, construction project management, water regime information processing, water resources analysis and evaluation, reservoir dispatching, water quality monitoring, water source project construction, urban and rural water supply, flood control and emergency rescue, river regulation, soil and water conservation and other technical and management work.

Highway engineering: mainly for construction enterprises and engineering supervision units in highway engineering construction industry, engaged in highway engineering construction and project management.

Mining engineering: mainly engaged in mining and mining-related management.
