Scope of responsibilities: The property manager is mainly responsible for the overall management of the property management company, including formulating property management plans, organizing and implementing property management activities, coordinating the work of various departments and handling customer complaints; The property manager is mainly responsible for the daily management of specific projects, such as organizing project teams, making project plans, executing project tasks and monitoring project progress.
