After the Spring Festival, the project department and the construction team will arrange the later work and plan the materials. By March 3 1 day, the pipelines, pumps and valves in 1 and 2# buildings had arrived, the water tanks in 1 and 2# buildings had been assembled, and the pipeline installation in 1# buildings was basically completed. When the project department examines the drawings, there is no standby pump for heat collection circulation, backwater and water supply, and there is no ladder leading to the roof, which cannot meet the energy-saving requirements. Years ago, the tower crane on the construction site was facing demolition, and our circulating water tank has not yet arrived at the site. In order to avoid this problem, we propose to Party A to change the water tank into an assembled water tank. There were six visas before and after, but the contract was signed at a lump sum price, so it was difficult to get a visa. Party A finally agreed to only three visas, which are currently under review.

In the first quarter, the welding of the collector bracket was completed years ago. Due to the small amount of steel planned by the company, the foundation of the water tank and some roads were not welded years ago. After the Spring Festival, at the end of March, the steel supplied by the company arrived at the scene and arranged for the construction team to enter the site to weld the water tank foundation and road. In mid-March, the project department made a material procurement plan, and most of the materials were scheduled to arrive at the site on April 10. Due to some reasons, the time has been delayed, and other materials have not yet arrived at the scene, which will cause the phenomenon of slowdown. When the company placed the material order, it proposed that the solar upper circulation pipe could not be made of steel-plastic pipe, which would easily lead to pipeline blockage. The pipeline is replaced by thin-walled stainless steel pipe. We are still communicating with Party A, and we may not get the visa. The hidden trouble of this matter will delay the construction period. Wenchang _ _ project has exposed many problems, which deserve our deep thinking.

In terms of payment, Wenchang _ _ project has been executed according to the contract, and 20% of the advance payment has been returned. The data is synchronized with the construction progress.

Work deployment in the second and second quarters

The second question: the change of solar energy upper circulation pipeline. When we reported that the steel-plastic pipe was to be constructed before, the company suggested that the steel-plastic pipe was operated at high temperature for a long time, and the plastic lining was easy to melt, which led to pipeline blockage and needed to be replaced with other pipes. The type of pipe replacement involves cost control, and the contract is guaranteed, which is very difficult. In future projects, special consideration should be given to the solar upper circulating pipeline to avoid the problem of pipe material change.

The third problem: the hoisting of large materials in high-rise projects. Whether large materials, such as circular water tank and steel, can be hoisted before the tower crane is dismantled in the construction site. Of course, some people put forward different views, thinking that the circular water tank will be hoisted to the floor in advance to face the wind and rain, and may even be blown off. Everything has risks, and the key lies in control and choice. After the tower crane is dismantled, the hoisting cost of large materials in high-rise projects is not low and time-consuming.
