Can students majoring in property management take the property manager exam?

Hello, I come from the Property Management Research Center of Beijing Asia-Pacific Education Research Institute. Students are not allowed to take the property management exam.

Property certificate is divided into three levels: property manager assistant property manager property manager.

Obtaining a college diploma or above in this major or related major can take the property manager exam;

Bachelor degree or above in this major or related major can be taken as an assistant property manager;

After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of assistant property manager, those who have been engaged in this profession for more than 4 years, have been trained by the professional property manager to reach the required standard hours, and have obtained the certificate of completion can take the property manager exam.
