It is not illegal to park your car in the county government compound.

1. The official vehicles and staff private cars of all units in the municipal committee compound are parked at the designated places, and the parking areas and parking spaces are designated by the Municipal Bureau of Organs and Affairs according to the principle of proximity and convenience, and the vehicles of all units are parked at the designated places (see Annex: Vehicle Parking Arrangement Table of the municipal committee compound for details).

It is strictly forbidden to park all kinds of vehicles in all sections of the government compound without designated parking spaces, and it is not allowed to occupy fire exits and green spaces for parking. Drivers should consciously accept the command of security personnel, park in the designated area center or designated parking space in an orderly manner, and it is strictly forbidden to cross the line, get off the line or occupy the road, and keep the front of the car in the same direction.

3. All parking spaces in the government square are temporary parking areas for foreign affairs and participating vehicles. Drivers should obey the command of security personnel, and vehicles of all departments and personnel in the hospital are not allowed to occupy and park without permission.

4. Private cars of government agencies and hospital residents are not allowed to park in the designated parking spaces allocated to each unit and the parking spaces in the government square, or in other places allowed by the municipal authorities.

If the vehicles in the compound are not parked and driven according to the regulations, the security personnel of the property management company will post a written notice of violation on the vehicles, and indicate the number of violations. For unit vehicles (including private cars of on-the-job personnel) that are not parked at the designated place, a warning shall be given to the owner in writing, and the relevant competent departments shall be notified to instruct education and urge the driver to make corrections within a time limit. Support the property management company to lock the vehicle tires and warn the owner if it violates the rules for more than 2 times. If the vehicles outside the compound are not parked for more than 3 times according to the regulations and do not obey the command, they will inform the competent vehicle unit of the situation, and the vehicle pass of the municipal party Committee compound will no longer be issued when the pass is replaced in the next round.

6. If the vehicle is not parked in place as required, it shall be given a warning and ordered to leave immediately. If the driver is not at the scene or refuses to leave, which hinders the passage of other vehicles, the security personnel can lock the car.
