Can a person who has been criminally detained get a security certificate?

I can't. If you want to be a security guard, you must apply for a security certificate and a political examination. If you have a criminal record, you can't pass the political examination and become a security guard. Ordinary security guards are the minimum wage. According to the Regulations on the Administration of Security Services, a person who has been criminally punished cannot be a security guard, let alone apply for a security certificate. An excellent security guard must have good ideological quality and professional quality in order to be competent for property security work. Not everyone can be a security guard. The employment and assessment of property security guards should be strictly in accordance with the standards, with layers of screening and comprehensive assessment. The assessment should cover military skills, cultural level, Mandarin, coordination ability and so on. Only when the quality of personnel is improved can the service level be guaranteed. The direct contact between security guards and tenants is the link between tenants and companies, and also the facade and window of property management. Good working attitude, decent language and warm service are the yardsticks for customers to measure our management level. If the security guards can't speak standard Mandarin, they can't communicate with the residents, and they can't accurately understand the customers' thoughts in time.

1. Where can I apply for a security certificate?

The public security certificate shall be handled and issued by the public security administrative department of the public security organ. You need to bring your ID card to the local issuing authority to fill in the form and pay the work fee, and the staff will help you go through the formalities again. If it is a security employee, it will be paid by the security company. If not, it needs to be handled when the security company joins the company.

Second, the security card formalities process

According to Article 16 of the Regulations on the Administration of Security Services, citizens of China who have reached the age of 18, are in good health, have good conduct, and have a junior high school education or above may apply for a security guard certificate and engage in security services. If the applicant has passed the examination by the public security organ of the municipal people's government with districts and retained human biological information such as fingerprints, he shall be issued with a security guard certificate.

Specific measures for extracting and retaining security guards' fingerprints and other human biological information shall be formulated by the public security department of the State Council.

The security business unit shall regularly assess the security guards, and if it is found that the security guards are unqualified or seriously violate the management system and need to terminate the labor contract, it shall be dealt with according to law.
