In the1990s, Mong Kok Computer Center used to be a huge restaurant. Deng, then known as the "king of shops", bought the property from the late senior investors for about HK$ 60 million. Later, Shen Yongnian planned to repackage the property into a theme shopping mall, which cost about HK$ 65,438+HK$ 2 million and became the computer center of Mong Kok today. After the continuous reorganization of tenants, the property changed hands in March 2004 for about 393 million yuan.
Alpha Partners Investment, a subsidiary of Keppel Land in Singapore, purchased from Dahonghui in June 2007, involving 750 million yuan.
