How to calculate the property fee of Bao Li Shanghe Song Ya if it doesn't accept the house?

Be borne by the construction unit. According to official website's inquiry, the Property Management Regulations of the administrative service center stipulates that "the completed houses that have not been sold or handed over to the owners shall be paid by the construction unit". If the construction unit has not sold or notified the owners to take over the houses, or failed to meet the delivery conditions, the property fees shall be borne by the construction unit.
